This zany and fun event was started in 1987 by Reno Gannon with the help of Bruce Peg, Peter Sitig, and Michael Bennett. When Reno died at the early age of 23, the event became a memorial to him as well as a fundraising event for AIDS services. Reno’s legacy from this event has generated hundreds of thousands of dollars to help people living with AIDS.
