Case Management
Case Management serves people who are living with HIV/AIDS and who are residing permanently or temporarily in Pima County. Case managers help clients identify their needs through a comprehensive assessment and determine what services clients are eligible for based upon financial and other eligibility guidelines.
The ultimate goal of case management is to help clients become self-reliant and self-sufficient in managing their lives.
Case Managers are the link to SAAF’s Support Services and SAAF’s Housing Services.
“All the staff I deal with are always very helpful. Their hearts are in the right place.”
